Title Vault (“Title Vault,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a subscription-based monitoring service for publicly available county records related to vacant land.


2. Description of Service

Title Vault monitors publicly available county land and recording records and provides notifications when new activity appears related to a customer’s property.

Title Vault is not insurance, does not provide legal advice, and does not prevent fraud or unauthorized activity. The Service is provided for informational and awareness purposes only.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.


4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information when creating an account

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Use the Service only for lawful purposes

You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on information provided by the Service.


5. No Guarantees

Title Vault does not guarantee:

The accuracy or completeness of public records

That all activity will be detected

That alerts will prevent loss, fraud, or disputes

Public records are maintained by third-party government entities over which Title Vault has no control.


6. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Fees are billed in advance according to the selected plan

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

You may cancel at any time through your account settings

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.


7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Title Vault are the property of Title Vault or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Title Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Title Vault in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Title Vault from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.


11. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Title Vault operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
